We have ten locations with the main office in Orangeburg. Here you will find caring doctors and nurses who strive to give you the best possible health care, in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. In 1996, Family Health Centers, Inc., was accredited by The
Joint Commission (TJC), a prestigious healthcare accrediting agency. The Joint Commission verifies the health
center is providing quality care and is compliant with nationally recognized standards and continuously makes efforts to improve the care and services it provides.
Diabetes Self-Management Education
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recognizes
Family Health Centers, Inc., as a Certified Diabetes Self
Management Education Center.
Veterans Services
Family Health Centers, Inc., is a Designated Veterans Service Site.
The Joint Commission
In 1996, Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) was accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), a prestigious healthcare accrediting agency. The Joint Commission verifies the health center is providing quality care and is compliant with nationally recognized standards and continuously makes efforts to improve the care and services it provides.
Since then, the FHC has continued to be in compliance with established standards through site audits and be re-accredited with this prestigious accreditation.
